1.) How long has QuickRent been in use?
     
The original version was created in 1993 and converted in 2002 to a windows based program.

2.) Will QuickRent work over a network?
        QuickRent works on peer-to-peer, as well as Windows NT and Novell networks.

3.) If I can’t download the QuickRent software trial copy, how can I obtain a copy to try out?
        Email a request and a trial copy CD ROM will be mailed at no charge.

4.) If I use the 90-day trial version, and decide to purchase QuickRent, how can I convert to the
        full system without losing customer information developed during the test period?

        Purchase of the QuickRent system includes importing your test data to the full system.

5.) How many customers, leases and rental items can be processed by QuickRent?
        Up to one million individual customers, one million leases and one million rental units can be
        theoretically maintained. Our experience has been excellent with tens of thousands of customers
        and leases controlled by QuickRent. 

6.) How can your existing customer history be saved?
 QuickRent technicians will convert and import your customer history for use in your new system.

7.) What about cost of conversion?
       Cost depends on size and complexity of your system, but should range from $300 to $500.

       A problem file is attached to each customer’s database file where you can include comments on past

       QuickRent includes a preloaded lease agreement in memory that can be easily modified to conform
       to your specific needs.
