The original version was created in 1993 and

QuickRent works on peer-to-peer, as

If I use the 90-day trial version, and decide to purchase QuickRent, how can I
convert to the
full system without losing customer
information developed during the test period?
Purchase of the QuickRent system
includes importing your test data to the full system.

How many customers, leases and rental items can be processed by QuickRent?
Up to one million individual
customers, one million leases and one million rental units can be
theoretically maintained. Our
experience has been excellent with tens of thousands of customers
and leases controlled by QuickRent.

How can
your existing customer history be saved?
QuickRent
technicians will convert and import your customer history for use in your new
system.

What about cost of
conversion?
Cost depends on size and complexity of your
system, but should range from $300 to $500.

It will
run on any Pentium or equivalent processor. Performance will depend on
whatever other
programs are running.

with customer problems involving leases and customers?
A problem file is attached to each
customer’s database file where you can include comments on past
events or payment history.

QuickRent includes a
preloaded lease agreement in memory that can be easily modified to conform
to
your specific needs.

Add your company name and address
Add your zip code and associated delivery charge

Set cursor hot tracking to “on” or “off”
Set lease to print plain paper or preprinted form
